Analysis of Human Resource Management Issues and Strategies in Private Leather Enterprises
In the context of high-quality development,private leather enterprises,as quintessential examples of traditional labor-intensive industries,urgently require optimization in human resource management.This paper systematically reviews the theoretical framework of human resource management and analyzes the issues faced by private leather enterprises,including insufficient recognition of the importance of human resource management in business operations,lack of strategic planning,neglect of human capital investment,and deficiencies in family-style management.The study suggests that private leather enterprises should enhance human resource management by adopting people-oriented strategies,improving human resource planning,elevating the status of human resource management,and expanding recruitment channels and selection methods.
