This paper aims to explore strategies for the inheritance and innovation of Xiangyun silk.Using the"Langyun Xinsha"intangible cultural heritage studio at Guangdong Baiyun University as a case study,the paper investigates contemporary innovative methods and dissemination pathways for Xiangyun silk.The study argues that the inheritance and innovation of Xiangyun silk must integrate modern technology for mass production to meet public demand,and that contemporary design should endow this traditional craftsmanship with a fashionable allure,thereby broadening its audience and infusing the fashion industry with new vitality.
