Grounded in work process-oriented theory,this paper analyzes the talent cultivation objectives for vocational bachelor's programs in fashion.It explores specific implementation methods for curriculum development and content innovation,as well as advancements in teaching methods and evaluation approaches.Practical evidence shows that integrating work process-oriented theory into the development of vocational fashion programs is crucial for enhancing students'practical skills,improving the quality of talent training,meeting industry demands,and advancing curriculum construction.
