This article aims to investigate the innovative design of clothing patterns from the Nisu subgroup of the Yi ethnic group and their application in modern fashion design.It examines the types,colors,and compositions of Nisu clothing patterns and explores how innovative design can transcend traditional frameworks.By integrating modern color schemes and employing novel techniques to give patterns a three-dimensional quality,the study applies Nisu clothing patterns and silhouettes to contemporary designs.This approach is intended to captivate the interest of the younger generation,encouraging them to value and preserve their cultural heritage,while also imbuing traditional culture with greater inclusivity and vitality.
