This paper explores how local design methodologies can integrate the cultural symbols of Li ethnic clothing into contemporary design practices to promote the traditional culture of the Li people.Through field research,local interviews,and design practice,the study investigates the application of Li ethnic clothing in cultural and creative products.The research posits that incorporating regional characteristics and traditional culture into modern design can revitalize the Li ethnic heritage within the context of contemporary society,and enhance understanding of the diverse clothing traits across Li dialect regions.
