文章旨在探讨四川省皮革产业的发展现状、存在的问题以及未来的发展建议.通过SWOT分析方法,探究了四川省皮革产业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战.研究认为,四川省皮革产业虽然在产业链完整性和规模化效应方面具有一定的优势,但同时也面临着品牌效应低、技术壁垒、人才匮乏等劣势.此外,四川省皮革产业在国内外市场竞争中面临较大压力,需要加强产业链建设、拓展东南亚地区业务、加大研发资金投入和专业人才培养、加强自动化与数智化建设等措施,以促进产业的持续健康发展.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the current state,challenges,and future prospects of the leather industry in Sichuan Province.Employing a SWOT analysis,it investigates the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats faced in the Sichuan leather industry.The study concludes that while Sichuan's leather industry has certain advantages in terms of industrial chain integrity and scale effects,it suffers from weaknesses such as low brand impact,technological barriers,and a shortage of skilled personnel.Furthermore,the industry faces significant pressure in domestic and international markets.To ensure sustainable and healthy development,it is essential to enhance industrial chain construction,expand business in Southeast Asia,increase investment in research and development and professional talent cultivation,and strengthen automation and digitalization efforts.
