轻资产运营模式下财务风险控制研究——以服装企业M公司为例

摘要
轻资产运营是一种相对于传统商业模式的创新模式,可以使企业以较低的资本投入实现较高的资本收益.但采用轻资产运营模式的企业有时并不能取得预期效果,在运营过程中可能存在着一些问题,如因质量问题而影响品牌形象、融资方面存在困境、存货和应收账款周转率下降等一系列财务风险.文章以服装行业中最先实施轻资产运营模式的M公司为例,分析其在轻资产运营模式下产生的一些问题,并提出防范风险的措施和建议.
Abstract
The asset-light operation model represents an innovative approach compared to traditional business models,enabling enterprises to achieve higher capital returns with lower capital investment.However,companies employing this model may not always meet their expectations,encountering various issues during operations such as quality problems impacting brand image,financing challenges,and decreased inventory and accounts receivable turnover rates.This study uses Clothing Company M,a pioneer in implementing the asset-light operation model within the apparel industry,as a case study to analyze the issues arising from this model and proposes measures and recommendations for mitigating risks.
