摘要

制鞋行业迫切需要产业转型升级,传统人才培养模式中各门课程独立展开,容易出现课程间衔接难、学生学习兴趣下降等问题.文章基于德雷福斯兄弟提出的技能层次及认知规律实施制鞋专业的项目化教学设计,以育训结合"五步走"提升学生的职业素养,为学岗顺利对接奠定坚实基础,开启了职业教育的"可持续"发展的序幕.

Abstract

The footwear industry faces an urgent need for industrial transformation and upgrading.Traditional talent cultivation models,where each course operates independently,often result in difficulties in course integration and declining student interest.This study,based on the skill levels and cognitive principles proposed by the Dreyfus brothers,implements project-based teaching design in the footwear specialty.By employing the"Five-Step"model of integrating education and training,it enhances students'professional competence,establishes a solid foundation for smooth academic and occupational alignment,and heralds the onset of sustainable development in vocational education.
