The traditional quilt has a large mass,is not easy to carry,has a long manufacturing process and is easy to drill wool at the eye of the needle due to the quilting process,especially the quilted seam is thinner than other positions,with a smaller Krogh value and faster heat transfer.In order to solve the above problems and meet consumers'demand for light,warm and easy to carry duvets,a three-layer trapezoidal duvets fabric was designed and developed.The fabric mainly used the complex fabric structure,applied the special properties of fibers,and developed a warm fabric with strong three-dimensional,soft and wear-resistant properties by means of weaving technology and dyeing processing.The technology has been tested repeatedly for one and a half years,and finally formed.Different from the common three-layer structure in the market,the fabric has the characteristics of wide door width,excellent performance and convenient post-processing technology.
