Abstract
This article aims to explore the influence of sustainable development principles on fashion design.By examining the core tenets of sustainable fashion design,including material selection,production processes,and innovative design approaches,the study investigates how sustainability can be integrated into fashion design.The research posits that by promoting the use of eco-friendly materials,extending product lifecycles,optimizing production techniques,and fostering creative design thinking,the fashion industry can achieve economic benefits while simultaneously reducing its environmental impact,thereby facilitating a transition towards a green economy.
