针对传统皮革pH检测方法存在的前处理时间过长的问题,开发了一种快速且高效的萃取方法。通过引入成熟的超声萃取技术,并采用正交试验设计法对该技术进行参数优化,得到了显著缩短前处理时间的快速检测方法。超声快速检测法通过与常规检测方法进行比对验证,相对标准偏差小于 10%,符合分析化学试验的精密度要求,12 个平行样间的极差小于0。2,符合QB/T 2724-2018《皮革化学试验pH的测定》的要求。经试验验证,皮革pH超声快速检测法符合标准要求,可以极大地缩短检测时间,提高检测效率。
Ultrasonic Rapid Detection Method for Leather pH
In response to the prolonged pre-treatment time inherent in traditional leather pH testing methods,a rapid and efficient extraction technique has been developed.By integrating mature ultrasonic extraction technology and employing orthogonal experimental design for parameter optimization,a significantly shortened pre-treatment time was achieved.The ultrasonic rapid detection method,when compared to conventional testing techniques,demonstrated a relative standard deviation of less than 10%,meeting the precision requirements for analytical chemistry experiments.The range between 12 parallel samples was under 0.2,in accordance with the QB/T 2724-2018 standard for Leather—Chemical Tests—Determination of pH.Experimental validation confirms that the ultrasonic rapid detection method for leather pH complies with standard requirements,greatly reducing testing time and enhancing detection efficiency.
