Business Strategy for Leather Product Lifecycle Management:A New Path to Sustainable Development
In the context of the increasingly prominent global trend toward sustainable development,the leather industry is confronted with the dual challenges of environmental pressure and market demand.This study seeks to analyze the business strategies for managing the lifecycle of leather products,offering new pathways for sustainable development.It begins by introducing the concept and scope of Lifecycle Management(LCM)for leather products from five key perspectives.It then examines the necessity and feasibility of implementing LCM within leather manufacturing enterprises.Finally,the study proposes a series of commercial strategies for the implementation of LCM,which include adhering to principles of green design,optimizing supply chain management,establishing recycling and reuse initiatives,and fostering brand promotion,education,and collaboration.The business strategies for managing the lifecycle of leather products represent a forward-thinking developmental model,combining innovation with sustainable practices to chart a new course for the sustainable advancement of the leather industry.
