Analysis and Evaluation of Occupational Disease Hazards in Aniline Black Production
Nigrosine is a chemical dye widely used in industries such as cotton textiles,various coatings,plastic resins,inks,rubber,etc.Nigrosine has outstanding performance advantages.In addition to high coloring power and full and stable color,it also has good resistance to light,heat,and chemical corrosion.These properties make products colored with Nigrosine have a longer service life,reducing maintenance costs and replacement frequency.During the production process of Nigrosine,occupational hazards such as aniline,ferric chloride,hydrochloric acid,nitrobenzene,sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide,noise,and high temperature are generated.Through data collection,on-site investigation,and occupational health testing,combined with the investigation of occupational hazards in the production process,labor process,and working environment,occupational disease prevention facilities,personal protective equipment,emergency rescue facilities and measures,building hygiene investigation,occupational health management,and occupational disease hazard factor detection,an occupational disease hazard status evaluation was conducted on a chemical enterprise's annual production of 15000 tons of Nigrosine project.The aim is to provide scientific suggestions for the evaluation of the enterprise's occupational disease hazard control effect.
