Construction Path of Ideological and Political Teaching Team in Higher Vocational Courses based on Textile Major
The study addresses the current imperfect construction of the ideological and political teaching team in textile vocational colleges in Southern Xinjiang,as well as issues such as insufficient ideological and political education capabilities due to the lack of a systematic construction path,the difficulty in resonating with students through the indoctrinational teaching methods of curriculum ideology and politics,and the lack of a reasonable evaluation system for curriculum ideology and politics.It explores the construction path of the ideological and political teaching team for textile majors in vocational colleges and proposes the following construction paths:establishing a school-enterprise cooperation platform for curriculum ideology and politics to promote the construction of the teaching team,building an informationized communication platform to strengthen teachers'collaborative cooperation,enhancing teacher training to improve the teaching capabilities of curriculum ideology and politics,perfecting the assessment mechanism to strengthen the dual-dimensional teaching team evaluation system,and promoting the achievements of curriculum ideology and politics to facilitate high-level talent cultivation.
