Integration of Li Ethnic Clothing Culture into the Construction of Innovative Talent System in Higher Education
In order to promote the inheritance and innovation of the Li ethnic clothing culture in higher education and address the challenges of a lack of successors in traditional handicrafts and the overemphasis on theory rather than practice in talent cultivation,this study takes the living inheritance of the Li ethnic clothing culture in Hainan as an example.Using historical analysis and field research methods,the study explores the historical evolution of its inheritance methods and their impact on higher education teaching.The research findings reveal that by constructing a comprehensive policy system,deepening the integration of industry,education,and research,optimizing talent cultivation models,and implementing course reforms that integrate teaching and practice,the quality of arts and crafts education can be significantly improved,and students'practical skills can be enhanced.This approach can effectively promote the modernization of Li ethnic clothing culture inheritance,providing theoretical and practical support for the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the innovative development of higher education.
