In the context of the growing emphasis on national fitness,this research addresses the safety concerns of specific groups engaging in outdoor activities at night.It presents a design and development strategy for smart sportswear tailored for night running.By integrating photosensitive resistors,intelligent lighting systems,and data analysis functions,the smart sportswear enables real-time monitoring and dynamic response to ambient light intensity during nocturnal exercises.This significantly enhances both the safety and comfort of wearers during nighttime physical activities.The study explores the operational mechanisms,technical implementation pathways,performance evaluation,and practical application outcomes of smart sportswear for night running,offering a novel research perspective on the innovative application of smart wearable technology in outdoor sports.
