Redesign of Rongjiang Batik Patterns in Southeast Guizhou
This research aims to explore the redesign and innovative inheritance of the Rongjiang batik patterns in Southeast Guizhou.Through an analysis of the traditional batik motifs,it reveals their unique artistic style and cultural connotations,particularly the richness in composition,form expression,and symbolic meanings.Based on traditional elements and integrating modern design concepts,the study proposes a path for the redesign of batik patterns.It is found that elements such as animal totems,solar symbols,and geometric shapes in batik patterns can effectively merge with contemporary design language,resulting in works that not only embody the charm of traditional culture but also possess a modern aesthetic.Furthermore,the study discusses how,during the redesign process,the core spirit of traditional art can be preserved,and through innovations in color and composition,batik art can be revitalized in modern society.
