Application of Indigo Dyeing Techniques and Three Carving Patterns of Changjia Manor in Cultural and Creative Design
This study aims to explore how to combine the traditional indigo dyeing technique with the brick carvings,wood carvings,and stone sculptures patterns of Changjia Manor to innovate the forms of cultural and creative products based on Changjia Manor's culture,thereby enhancing public interest in its cultural connotations.Through field research and sketching to extract motifs,and integrating indigo dyeing techniques,the study applies the patterns of brick carvings,wood carvings,and stone carvings of Changjia Manor to products such as table runners,tea sets,coasters,and canvas bags.This research seeks to explore the feasibility of combining traditional craftsmanship with modern cultural and creative design.Such a combination not only innovatively showcases the cultural heritage of Changjia Manor but also helps in the preservation and promotion of intangible cultural heritage,injecting new vitality into the historical and cultural significance of Changjia Manor.
