Effective Model and Its Implementation Mechanism of The Integration of Medical Treatment and Elderly Support Services:Based on a Case of Hongji Medical-care Center in Hanyin County,Shaanxi Province
The integration of medical treatment and elderly support is an essential measure to optimize the elderly health and aged care services supply.How to realize the actual implementation and sustainable development of the inte-gration of medical treatment and elderly support is the crucial problem that needs to be answered first in further promot-ing the development of the integration of medical treatment and elderly support after implementing pilot projects for many years.Based on the case of Hongji Medical-care Center in Hanyin County,Shaanxi Province,this paper summa-rizes the service mode of the integration of medical treatment and elderly support,and analyzes Hongji Medical-care Center,as a private hospital,the implementation mechanism of how to advances high-quality,efficient,and sustain-able operation of the integration of medical treatment and elderly support services by drawing on the theory of social ecosystem adaptability.The research found that Hongji Medical-care Center in Hanyin Country formed a development model of the integration of medical treatment and elderly support driven by the transformation of private hospitals,fo-cusing on service extension,and gradually moving from institutions to homes and communities through the growth path of"from Private-owned run to Government-owned and Private-run."This model has cracked the problems such as lack of service continuity and sustainability in the integration of medical treatment and elderly support services,effec-tively fulfilling the combined medical and elderly support needs of the elderly.The key to the effectiveness of this mod-el is to actively adapt to environmental changes,seize the opportunity and follow the situation with the times,realizing the transformation of the integration of medical treatment and elderly support from external demand pressure to internal development power.Meanwhile,the support and guidance from the government have enhanced the stability and sustain-able development capacity of this model.Therefore,to promote the healthy and high-quality development of the inte-gration of medical treatment and elderly support services in our country,measures should be taken to activate the in-trinsic motivation of medical institutions to provide the integration of medical treatment and elderly support services,le-verage the role of private medical institutions,and strengthen the government's support and guidance.These results provide an essential reference for counties promoting the integration of medical treatment and elderly support services and provides a fresh idea for solving the development dilemma of private hospitals.
