矿粉气泡混合轻质土的影响因素及工程性能试验研究

西南山区低等级公路改扩建工程因地质条件复杂、可利用土地资源少、施工工艺与生态环保要求高等问题,亟需绿色环保、经济合理的公路升级改造方案.通过对气泡混合轻质土组成、作用机理进行介绍,探讨气泡混合轻质土影响因素与规律,对试配出5 种矿粉掺量的气泡混合轻质土进行抗压强度、干缩变形试验,并结合实际应用效果进行了评价.结果表明:水泥水化与矿粉二次反应能促进气泡混合轻质土硬度增大,界面耦合效应提高界面强度和密实性;硅酸盐水泥的效果最好,发泡剂掺量对流动度与抗压强度产生影响,掺合料影响干缩与抗压强度,不同掺量外加剂对其干密度、抗压强度和吸水率生影响不同,骨料能够调节内部湿度,影响干缩变形;矿粉掺比低于30%的抗压强度、干缩性好,能满足路基填料强度设计要求.
Experimental Study on the Influencing Factors and Engineering Properties of Mineral Powder Bubble-mixed Lightweight Soil
Due to the complex geological conditions,few available land resources,and high requirements for construction technology and ecological environmental protection,the low-grade highway reconstruction and expansion project in the southwest mountainous area ur-gently needs to adopt a green,environmental-friendly,economical and reasonable highway upgrading plan.By introducing the composi-tion and mechanism of bubble-mixed lightweight soil,exploring the influencing factors and laws of bubble-mixed lightweight soil,con-ducting compressive strength and dry shrinkage performance tests on bubble-mixed lightweight soil with 5 different mineral powder dosa-ges,evaluation on the bubble-mixed lightweight soil is carried out with consideration of the actual application effect.The results show that the secondary reaction between cement hydration and mineral powder can promote the hardness of bubble-mixed lightweight soil,and the interface coupling effect can improve the interface strength and compactness.Portland cement has the best effect and the amount of foaming agent has an impact on fluidity and compressive strength.The admixture affects dry shrinkage and compressive strength.Different dosage admixtures have different effects on its dry density,compressive strength and water absorption.Aggregates can adjust internal hu-midity and affect dry shrinkage deformation;When the mineral powder mix ratio is less than 30%,the compressive strength and dry shrinkage of the lightweight soil are good,which can meet the design requirements on strength of the subgrade material.
