Study on Factors Influencing Contract Cost Control of Electromechanical Equipment Installation Project of Hydropower Station
Taking hydropower station equipment installation-related projects as an example,the factors influencing the settlement costs in the pro-ject bidding,implementation,and settlement stages are analyzed,The results show that:so as to facilitate the Project Contractor to effectively control the project from the beginning of the bidding and manage the risks.Through controlling the project cost in advance,effectively avoiding unnecessary expenses during the implementation process and safeguarding the interests of all parties involved in the project construction,the Con-tractor can effectively reduce the expenditure of intangible costs such as much energy and time spent by the parties involved in the settlement of disputes.
