抽水蓄能电站勘探平洞掏槽爆破方法研究

为解决抽水蓄能电站勘探平洞钻爆掘进单循环进尺低问题,加快抽水蓄能电站工程地质勘察施工进度,提出了"大直径空孔环+桶式多阶段"新型掏槽方法,并分析了其参数合理性和破岩机理.工程实例应用表明,掏槽方法可将抽蓄勘探平洞(小断面)单循环平均进尺、月平均进尺分别提高并稳定在3.12 m和280 m水平,在抽蓄勘探平洞(小断面)钻爆法快速施工中具有显著适用性和优越性,同时,在抽蓄勘探平洞、矿山岩巷、抽蓄排水廊道等有快速掘进需求的小断面隧洞中具有极高的推广应用价值.
Study on the Method of Excavation and Blasting for Exploration Tunnels in Pumped Storage Power Stations
In order to solve the problem of low footage in a single cycle of drilling and blasting tunnels for pumped storage power station exploration,and speed up the progress of engineering geological survey and construction of pumped storage power stations,a new method of"large-diameter hollow hole ring+barrel multi-stage"cutting is proposed,and the rationality of its parameters and rock breaking mechanism are analyzed.Engineering application results show that the cutting method can increase and stabilize the single-cycle average footage and monthly average footage of pumped-storage exploration tunnels(small cross-section)to3.12 m and280 m respectively.The method has significant applicability and superiority in rapid construction.At the same time,it has extremely high promotion and applica-tion value in small-section tunnels with rapid excavation requirements such as pumped-storage exploration tunnels,mine rock tunnels,pumped-storage drainage corridors,etc.
