高压旋喷防渗墙在多漂卵砾石围堰地基中的应用

围堰在水利工程施工中广泛应用.为水工建筑物能在干地施工提供了坚实的保障,其防渗性能的好坏更是直接关系到基坑安全和下部结构施工质量.围堰防渗多采用帷幕灌浆+心墙(斜墙)、混凝土防渗墙或者高压喷射灌浆等方式.结合厂房围堰防渗施工实践,在含较多漂卵砾石的砂砾石基础中,采用"三管法"进行高压旋喷防渗墙施工,从现场试验、孔位布置、钻孔、喷射灌浆、特殊情况处理等方面优化施工工艺和方法,应用结果表明该方法最终经灌后质量检查,结果满足设计要求.
Application of High Pressure Jet Grouting Cutoff Wall in the Foundation of Cofferdam with Gravel and Pebble
Cofferdam is widely used in the construction of water conservancy projects.Which provides a solid guarantee for the construction of hydraulic structures on dry land.The anti-seepage performance of cofferdam is directly related to the safety of foundation pit and the construction quality of substructure.Curtain grouting+core wall(inclined wall),concrete cutoff wall or high pressure jet grouting are of-ten used for cofferdam seepage prevention.Combined with the seepage control construction practice of powerhouse cofferdam,the"three-pipe method"is used for the construction of high-pressure rotary jet grouting cutoff wall in the gravel foundation containing more drift pebbles.The construction technology and method are optimized from the aspects of field test,hole layout,drilling,jet grouting,and ex-ceptional case treatment.The application results show that the construction meet the design requirements after post-grouting quality in-spection.
