叶面喷施镁锌螯合肥对兰州百合生长及产量品质的影响

探讨不同浓度的锌镁螯合肥对兰州百合生长及产量质量的影响.采取单因素随机区组设计,选用不同浓度的镁螯合肥和锌螯合肥作为叶面肥喷施处理,测定兰州百合生长发育及指标成分.喷施800倍液锌螯合肥(锌浓度:0.181 mg·mL-1)可以提高兰州百合产量,鲜产量达5 523.10 kg·hm-2,干产量达2 330.90 kg·hm-2,较对照分别增产31.49%和40.69%.喷施800倍液镁螯合肥(镁浓度:0.069 mg·mL-1)能促进兰州百合生长发育,显著提高指标成分含量,株高为31.00 cm,叶片数157片/每株,叶绿素总量2.495 mg·g-1,较对照分别提高了28.63%,9.79%,117.15%;王百合苷A、可溶性多糖、浸出物含量较对照分别提高了 22.08%,36.87%,31.54%.镁螯合肥和锌螯合肥可有效促进兰州百合生长发育,增产增质,喷施浓度以800倍液镁螯合肥和800倍液锌螯合肥为宜.
Effects of magnesium zinc chelated foliar spraying on growth,yield and quality of Lilium Lanzhou
To investigate the effects of different concentrations of magnesium zinc chelated fertilizers on the growth,yield and quality of Lilium Lanzhou were examined.A single-factor randomized block design was used to determine the growth and index components of Lilium Lanzhou by spraying different concentrations of magnesium chelated fertilizer and zinc chelated fertilizer as foliar fertilizer.Spraying 800 times liquid zinc chelated(zinc concentration:0.181 mg·mL-1)fertilizer can increase the yield of Lilium Lanzhou,with the fresh yield of 5 523.10 kg • hm-2,and the dry yield of 2 330.90 kg·hm-2,which increase by 31.49%and 40.69%compared with the control,respectively.Spraying 800 times liquid magnesium chelated(magnesium concentration:0.069 mg·mL-1)fertilizer can promote the growth and development of Lilium Lanzhou,and significantly increase the content of index components.The plant height is 31.00 cm,the number of leaves is 157 pieces per plant and the total chlorophyll is 2.495 mg·g-1,which increase by 28.63%,9.79%,117.15%,compared with the control.The contents of Regaloside A,soluble polysaccharide and extract are increased by 22.08%,36.87%and 31.54%compared with the control,respectively.Magnesium chelated fertilizer and zinc chelated fertilizer can effectively promote the growth and development of Lilium Lanzhou,and increase production and quality.800 times liquid magnesium chelated fertilizer and 800 times liquid zinc chelated fertilizer are the optimum spraying concentration.
