ZnSnO3/GO复合材料构建的TEA传感器气敏性能研究

ZnSnO3(锡酸锌)属于ABO3型钙钛矿半导体金属氧化物,针对ZnSnO3气敏传感器工作温度高的特点,运用一步水热法将ZnSnO3与自制石墨烯(GO)复合,制成ZnSnO3/GO传感器并与ZnSnO3基传感器对比.两种样品扫描电镜照片显示形貌较好.气敏测试结果显示,ZnSnO3/GO传感器在200 ℃对三乙胺(TEA)的选择性较好,具有较高的响应和低浓度检测极限.
Performance of ZnSnO3/GO composites for TEA gas sensor
ZnSnO3(zinc stannate)belongs to ABO3 type perovskite semiconductor metal oxide.Based on the characteristic of a high operating temperature,ZnSnO3/GO sensor was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method by combining ZnSnO3 with hand-made graphene(GO),and then compared with ZnSnO3 sensor.The test results showe that the morphology of the two samples is good in SEM.Gas sensitive test results show that the ZnSnO3/GO sensor has a good selectivity for triethylamine(TEA)at 200 ℃,a high response and a low concentration detection limit.
