综采工作面快速安装技术应用分析

摘要
为促进综采工作面实现快速安装,以晋能控股装备制造集团某矿9204综采工作面设备快速安装工程为例,对其在快速安装中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了综采工作面设备快速安装工艺流程,分析了影响设备快速安装的因素,并针对这些影响因素提出了一些解决措施,通过采用先进的安装设备,采用了科学、合理的施工技术,采取了行之有效的组织和协调方法,使综放工作面装置的安装工作得到了明显的改善,实现了安全快捷的作业,为同类条件下的综放工作的顺利进行提供了借鉴.
Abstract
In order to promote the rapid installation of fully mecha-nized mining face,taking the 9204 fully mechanized mining face equipment rapid installation project of a certain mine of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group as an example,this pa-per analyzes the problems existing in its rapid installation,propos-es the rapid installation process of fully mechanized mining face equipment,analyzes the factors that affect the rapid installation of equipment,and proposes some solutions for these influencing fac-tors.By adopting advanced installation equipment,adopting scien-tific and reasonable construction techniques,and adopting effec-tive organization and coordination methods,the installation work of the fully mechanized caving face device has been significantly improved,achieving safe and fast operation,and providing refer-ence for the smooth progress of fully mechanized caving work un-der similar conditions.
