摘要
近年来我国地下工程及隧洞建设发展迅猛,工程建设中心逐渐向西部地区迁移.TBM施工具有经济性、环保性,并且在掘进效率和安全性方面优势突出,因此在深埋长隧洞中被广泛应用.以新疆某引水隧洞为研究背景,阐述了敞开式TBM在深埋长隧洞中的应用,详细介绍了TBM施工工艺、施工掘进流程、掘进参数的选择、配套设施保养维护、初期支护和掘进出渣等.相关施工经验为敞开式TBM在深埋长隧洞中的应用提供了经验和参考价值.
Abstract
In recent years,the development of underground engi-neering and tunnel construction in China has been rapid,and the engineering construction center has gradually migrated to the west-ern region.The TBM construction is widely used in deep buried long tunnels due to its economic and environmental benefits,as well as outstanding advantages in excavation efficiency and safety.Taking a water diversion tunnel in Xinjiang as the research back-ground,this paper elaborates on the application of open TBM in deep buried long tunnels,and provides a detailed introduction to TBM construction technology,excavation process,selection of ex-cavation parameters,maintenance of supporting facilities,initial support,and excavation slag discharge.The relevant construction experience provides experience and reference value for the applica-tion of open TBM in deep buried long tunnels.
