ZK-2井是位于临汾盆地西部罗云山断裂东部的一口地质钻探井,实际完钻井深1413.95m,井身结构为小井眼三开结构(∅153mm×825.43m/∅139.7mm×825m+∅122mm×1158.37m/∅114mm×1158m+∅98mm×1413.95m),其中二开三开段为绳索取芯,因此,准确进行现场常规钻井参数录测对于现场的施工作业以及各层段油气发现具有十分重要的意义.为此,ZK-2井积极引入了神开公司SK-DLS 2000录井系统,通过对现场钻探施工钻时参数、井口返出泥浆的气测参数、迟到时间参数、钻具组合参数等参数的实时测量,产生了基于ZK-2井施工的大量现场数据,通过现场录井相关参数对比和拟合发现,SK-DLS 2000实时生成的录井数据能指导现场钻井参数优选,能辅助发现现场井漏等钻井复杂,同时SK3Q04色谱仪精度高,基线漂移量小,在地质岩芯钻探录井方面有广阔应用空间.
Application of the SK-DLS 2000 Logging System in ZK-2 Well
The ZK-2 well is a geological exploration well located in the eastern part of the Luoyunshan Fault in the western part of the Linfen Basin,with an actual completed drilling depth of 1413.95m.The structure of the wellbore is a small wellbore with three open-ings(∅153mm×825.43m/∅139.7mm×825m+∅122mm×1158.37m/∅114mm×1158m+∅98mm×1413.95m,of which the second and third sections are rope cores.Therefore,accurate recording of con-ventional drilling parameters on site is of great significance for on-site construction operations and the discovery of oil and gas in vari-ous layers.Therefore,ZK-2 well actively introduced the SK-DLS 2000 logging system from Shenkai Company.A large amount of on-site data based on ZK-2 well construction has been generated through real-time measurement of drilling time parameters,gas measure-ment parameters of mud returning from the wellhead,delay time parameters,drilling tool combination parameters.Through the com-parison and fitting of on-site logging related parameters,it was found that the real-time generated logging data from SK-DLS 2000 can guide the optimization of on-site drilling parameters and assist in discovering drilling complexities such as wellbore leaks.At the same time,the SK3Q04 chromatograph has high accuracy and small baseline drift,making it widely applicable in geological core drilling and logging.
