高含量氟化钙萤石的测定方法探讨

为了解决硼酸—盐酸融矿、EDTA滴定测试萤石氟化钙方法测高含量萤石氟化钙(>98%)结果偏低和重现性差的问题,对试验步骤进行分析调整,以国家标准样品和内蒙古某矿区样品为试验对象,对明显影响试验结果的第一次水浴时间,加盐酸和硼酸后的煮沸时间和第二次水浴时间调整试测,获得了合格的测试结果.结果表明最佳条件是:第一次水浴时间调整为10min,加盐酸和硼酸后煮沸时间2min,第二次水浴时间30min,其他条件不变.
Discussion on the determination method of high content calcium fluoride fluorite
In order to solve the problem of low results and poor repro-ducibility in the measurement of high content fluorite calcium fluo-ride(>98%)using boronic acid hydrochloric acid fusion and EDTA titration methods,the experimental steps were analyzed and adjust-ed.National standard samples and samples from a mining area in In-ner Mongolia were used as experimental objects,and the first water bath time,boiling time after adding hydrochloric acid and boric ac-id,and second water bath time that significantly affected the experi-mental results were adjusted,Obtained qualified test results.The re-sults indicate that the optimal conditions are:the first water bath time is adjusted to 10 minutes,the boiling time after adding hydro-chloric acid and boric acid is 2 minutes,the second water bath time is 30 minutes,and other conditions remain unchanged.
