摘要

固井工程是钻井工程中最为关键的环节,投资大但安全风险高,稍有不慎就会出现"高泵压"、"长膏塞"、"超缓凝"等情况,甚至发生"灌香肠"、"插旗杆"等恶性工程事故.而其中的浆体技术就是影响施工安全的重要因素.包括干灰材料混拌问题、干灰、配浆水配伍性问题、水泥浆、钻井液、隔离液相容性问题等等.通过室内试验及现场实践从处理剂、外掺料、工作液体系等多方面开展相关工作,查找影响施工安全的浆体技术隐患点从而确保固井现场施工的安全性,从根本上避免固井复杂情况、固井安全事故的发生.

Abstract

Cementing engineering is the most critical link in drill-ing engineering,with high investment and safety risks.Even a slight mistake can lead to situations such as high pump pressure,long paste plugging,and super delayed setting,and even malignant engineering accidents such as"sausage filling"and"flagpole inser-tion".The slurry technology among them is an important factor af-fecting construction safety,including the mixing of dry ash materi-als,dry ash,compatibility of slurry water,compatibility of cement slurry,drilling fluid,isolation fluid,and other issues.This article conducts relevant work from various aspects such as treatment agents,external admixtures,and working fluid systems through in-door experiments and on-site practice,to identify potential techni-cal hazards that affect construction safety.This ensures the safety of cementing site construction and fundamentally avoids the occur-rence of complex cementing situations and safety accidents.
