Design and Application of Integrated Mode of EISC Geo-logical Engineering in Daqing Drilling
At present,there is no integrated model of geological en-gineering in terms of technology and management.The lack of geo-logical and engineering communication links in decision-making results has led to difficulties in directional control due to the inabil-ity of drilling equipment to significantly adjust trajectories or con-struction parameters.This has greatly affected the high drilling en-counter rate of the reservoir layer,making it difficult to quickly achieve geological goals in the short term.If the optimal safety pa-rameters for engineering construction are exceeded,not only will the friction coefficient inside the wellbore increase,but it may also bring certain well control hazards to the next completion opera-tions such as drilling and logging,casing insertion,etc.,which will have a certain degree of impact on the overall drilling cycle,imple-mentation effect,and later oil and gas well development connec-tion.To this end,a"geological engineering integration workflow"scheme design covering pre drilling,mid drilling,and post drilling system processes has been carried out,strengthening multi-disci-plinary collaboration and exploration research,accelerating the construction of geological engineering integration capabilities,cre-ating standardized and normalized operation modes,supporting oil and gas exploration and development to increase reserves and pro-duction,and accelerating and improving wellbore engineering effi-ciency.This has a promoting effect on the establishment and appli-cation of integrated models in the current drilling industry.
