摘要

为探讨赴大陆高校任教的台籍教师职业发展及社会融入状况,以湖北某高校台籍教师为调查对象,通过调研及实证分析,发现存在的现实困境包括高校惠台政策缺乏执行性制度保障、台籍教师科研发展的环境性问题受到制约、其职业发展稳定性的配套性措施不够完善、社会融入的配套性人才服务机制欠缺等.建议高校加强政治引领、转换工作思路、拓宽引才渠道,加大惠台政策宣传力度,促进内外融合.
