摘要

二十大报告中指出"培养造就大批德才兼备的高素质人才,是国家和民族长远发展大计".课程思政视域下高职就业指导课程协同育人具有重要意义:能够培养学生就业能力,能够打造良好学生名片,能够助力学生职业生涯发展.课程思政视域下高职就业指导课程协同育人体系构建策略:(一)设定协同育人融合标准;(二)挖掘协同育人教学资源;(三)激发学生兴趣,提升学生思政素养;(四)开展多元教学,丰富教学手段;(五)紧跟时代,提升协同育人教学能力.

Abstract

The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that"cultivating a large workforce of high-quality talent who have both integrity and professional competence is of critical importance to the long-term development of China and the Chinese nation".Under the view of course ideology and politics,higher vocational career guidance courses are of great significance:cultivating students'employability,creating good reputation of students,and promoting students'career development.From the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,the following are the construction strategies of the system of collaborative education in higher vocational career guidance courses:(1)setting the standard of collaborative education;(2)exploring the teaching resources of collaborative education;(3)stimulating students'interest and improving their ideological and political literacy;(4)carrying out diversified teaching and enriching teaching means;(5)keeping pace with the times to enhance the teaching ability of collaborative education.
