Research on the Judgment and Prevention of Employees'Ideological Dynamics Based on the Digital Risk Control Platform—Taking Zhejiang Qiming Electric Power Group Co.,Ltd.as an Example
Ideological and political work is the fine tradition,a distinct feature and a prominent political advantage of the Party,and is the lifeline of all work.According to the invesigations of Zhejiang Oiming Electric Power Group Co.,Ltd.,it is found that in the face of the continuous and in-depth advancement of the reform,the ideological concepts of employees in the unit have shown a trend of diversifica-tion,variety and frequent changes.However,due to the insufficiently systematic description of employees'ideological dynamics,inaccu-rate traceability analysis of psychological motives,and insufficiently rich implementation carriers of ideological and political work,the im-provement of the effectiveness of ideological and political work has been restricted.Therefore,starting from the human-oriented value coor-dinate,focusing on the goal orientation of making joint efforts,strengthening data driving,and creating a"three-level thruster"model of i-deological and political work to install a strong engine for enterprises to enhance their compliance management abilities,self-management abilities and risk prevention and resolution abilities.
