The law-based governance supervision is carried out under the leadership of the Party Central Committee.It undertakes a special political mission and important political attributes,and is an important part of the intra-Party supervision system.Comprehensive supervision,special supervision and key supervision are carried out for the work of Party committees and governments at all levels to pro-mote the law-based government.The legal supervision is a procedural authority behavior of procuratorial organs with the fundamental pur-pose of preventing the alienation of law enforcement and application,and with the goal of investigating the responsibility of illegal acts.The law-based governance supervision has distinct timeliness,authority and purpose.From the three dimensions of history,theory and prac-tice,it shapes the generation logic of the Party committees and governments at all levels to promote the work of the law-based government,and has an inheritance relationship with the generation logic of legal supervision.The two have the characteristics of functional value homo-geneity and complementary working mechanism,and jointly contribute institutional strength to the construction of the rule of law in China.
