A Comparative Study of the Local Legislation on Management of Auxiliary Police Personnel in China
The standardized management of auxiliary police personnel is an important measure to ensure the orderly development of the auxiliary police force,and is of great significance in safeguarding the basic rights and interests of auxiliary police personnel,alleviating the shortage of police forces,and promoting public security reforms.By examining the legislation of auxiliary police personnel across various regions,it is found that there are both commonalities and individualities in the legislation regarding the legal status and rights and interests protection of auxiliary police personnel,the scope of authority and legal responsibilities,and the supervision and management systems,it is advisable to strengthen the national-level legislation of auxiliary police personnel,improve the incentive mechanisms for auxiliary police personnel,and clarify the responsibility undertaking of auxiliary police personnel,in order to promote the perfection of the legal system for auxiliary police personnel in our country.
