自二十世纪初至今100余年,美国职业生涯教育的发展历程依据政策导向、教育理念的变化,可以划分为探索与制度化时期、系统与专业化时期、整合与创新时期.美国职业生涯教育体系已趋向成熟,从建立全过程职业生涯教育体系,到贯彻综合化职业生涯教育培养理念,直至构建多元化职业生涯教育生态圈.借鉴美国的经验,我国职业生涯教育应强化顶层设计,与经济社会发展需求深度融合;要加快普惠转型,全面构建职业生涯教育体系;要多元主体协作,构建职业生涯教育生态.
The Development Process,Characteristics and Experiences of Career Education in the United States in the Past 100-plus Years
Over the past 100-plus years since the beginning of the 20th century,the development process of career education in the United States can be divided into three periods based on policy orientation and changes in educational philosophy:the exploration and insti-tutionalization period,the systematization and specialization period,and the integration and innovation period.The career education system in the United States has tended to be mature.It has ranged from establishing a whole-process career education system,to implementing the concept of comprehensive career education cultivation,and then to constructing a diversified career education ecosystem.Drawing on the experience of the United States,China's career education should strengthen top-level design and integrate deeply with the needs of eco-nomic and social development;accelerate inclusive transformation and comprehensively build a career education system;and collaborate with multiple entities to construct a career education ecosystem.
