Construction of Interpersonal Intervention Framework for Foreign-Related Commercial Mediation
Foreign-related commercial mediation is a common means to resolve international trade disputes, and by using the corpus of commercial mediation to adjust and modify the existing framework for interpersonal intervention,an interpersonal intervention framework specifically for this field can be attempted to be put forward. The research finds that the actual corpus contains a large number of commer-cial discourses, which can specify the general descriptive indicators of the original framework.Among them, the link of"reviewing and suggesting"can be used as the corpus unique to commercial mediation to supplement the original framework. This interpersonal intervention framework can externalize the communication effectiveness of mediators, provide a language reference for their recruitment and cultivation, and offer a feasible path for improving the language planning of foreign-related legal talents.
