On the Pathway of Community Governance in the Context of Shared Development—A Case Study of Shunan Community in Chengdu
Community governance is a crucial component of modern social governance systems. With the increasing differentiation and heterogeneity of community population structures, challenges such as"path dependence""community failure",and"fragmentation"have emerged. With the"micro-grid"governance system of Shunan Community in Chengdu as a case study, this paper analyzes a practice model centered on"micro-grid,big livelihood, and big linkage".This model emphasizes responsibility delineation and management, information collection and feedback, and resource integration and sharing, which effectively consolidates community resources and enhances the precision and diversity of governance.Guided by the philosophy of inclusive development and based on the practice of Shunan Community, this paper proposes the following strategies for community governance:(1)Building a co-constructed and shared governance mechanism;(2)Advancing digitally empowered smart governance;(3)Refining grid-based precise governance.
