摘要
"啸"起源于先秦,经两汉至于魏晋,风行一时,为名士高人所好.魏晋人对"啸"的偏爱反映出魏晋时代特殊的精神追求与生命意趣."啸"之所以为魏晋时人所重是因为,"啸"能传递言不可追的真意,让人逃离俗世的纷扰,将人向"道"之境界提升.对于魏晋士人来说,作为一种隐晦地表达情绪、疏解压力、彰显个性的手段,"啸"能满足士人们的心理需要.而对于魏晋隐士来说,他们隐退山林、复归自然,"啸"不再是手段,而是本能.
Abstract
The practice of"Xiao"which originated in the pre-Qin period,continued through the Western Han and Eastern Han Dynasties,and reached its peak during the Wei-Jin period,becoming a favored activity among celebrities and scholars at that time.The preference of people in the Wei-Jin period for"Xiao"reflected their special spiritual pursuit and life interest.The practice of"Xiao"was valued by the people during the Wei-Jin period because it was believed to convey profound meanings that elude verbal expression,offer an escape from worldly affairs,and lead them to the realm of"Dao".For the literati of the Wei-Jin period,"Xiao"served as a subtle means of expressing emotions,relieving stress,and showcasing individuality,which met their psychological needs.For the hermits at that time,who returned to nature,"Xiao"had been internalized into their lives.
