基层党校现场教学基地建设的创新与实践——以安徽省马鞍山市"向山大会战"现场教学基地为例

摘要
现场教学作为新形势下干部教育培训的重要形式,因其直观性、互动性、体验性等特点,在党校干部教育培训中发挥着无可比拟、无可替代的作用.安徽省马鞍山市向山地区打造新时代"向山大会战"现场教学基地有利于充分利用地域资源,提升学习培训效果和搭建地方形象宣传平台.整个过程中坚持统筹谋划,做好前期准备;展现核心特点,发挥教学功能;聚焦对象,健立现场教学评价体系.通过调研全国首批EOD(生态环境导向的开发)模式试点——马鞍山市向山地区,建议:深入挖掘理论内涵,增加教学厚度与深度;加强师资队伍建设,切实提升教学水平;加强过程管理,优化现场教学运行机制.
Abstract
As an important form of educational training for cadres in the new era,on-site teaching plays an incomparable and irreplaceable role in training cadres in the Party schools,by virtue of its immediacy,interactivity,and experiential advantage.The establishment of the"Xiangshan Ecological Battle"on-site teaching base in the Xiangshan area of Ma'anshan City,Anhui Province,in the new era,is conducive to making full use of regional resources,enhancing the effectiveness of learning and training,and building a platform for local image promotion.Throughout the entire process,emphasis is placed on integrated planning and thorough preparations;core characteristics are highlighted to fulfill educational functions;and an on-site teaching evaluation system is established to focus on the target audience.Through the research on the Xiangshan Town in Ma'anshan City—the first batch of EOD(Eco-environment-oriented Development)pilot areas in China—it is recommended that the theoretical connotations should be thoroughly explored to increase the depth and richness of the teaching content,the construction of the teaching faculty should be strengthened to effectively improve teaching standards,and process management should be enhanced to optimize the operational mechanisms of on-site teaching.
