Seed Oil Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction of Allium tuberosum Rottl.and Identification of Oil Compounds with GC-MS
Supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO_2) extract Allium tuberosum Rottl.seeds oil,Soxhlet method extraction as control experiment, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were employed to assay the oil chemical components in A.tuberosum Rottl.seed and NIST 02 spectral database were used to analyze and identify these components.SC-CO_2 extraction parameters were:pressure (22.25 MPa),temperature (40.40℃) and time (86.70 min),the value of oil extraction from A.tuberosum Rottl.seeds was 17.52%.17 compositions of seeds oil were identified by GC-MS.The totally fatty acids in the extracts compose of 9.05% saturated fatty acids and 90.50% unsaturated fatty acids.Furthermore, linoleic (69.71%),oleic (19.53%) and palmitic (6.25%) were found the most abundant fatty acids in SC-CO_2 extraction seeds oil.The value of Soxhlet method extraction oil from A.tuberosum Rottl.seeds was 16.50%.10 compositions of seeds oil were identified by GC-MS.Lnoleic (69.34%),oleic (20.12%) and palmitic (7.22%) were found the most abundant fatty acids in seed oil.The totally fatty acids in the Soxhlet method extracts composed of 9.84% saturated fatty acids and 90.16% unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, the monounsaturated fatty acid (7-Hexadecenoic acid),squalene and β-sitosterol were found in SC-CO_2 extraction oil of A.tuberosum Rottl.seeds.
