播种量与基质厚度对沙基生态草毯成毯质量的影响

[目的]在保证成毯质量情况下,筛选生态草毯生产过程中适宜的基质厚度与播种量组合,实现草毯生产生态效应与经济效应的协调统一.[方法]以早熟禾为试验草种,设置由3个播种量(15,30,45 g/m2)和4个基质厚度(3,5,7,9 cm)组合成的12个室内盆栽处理,考察不同播种量和基质厚度组合处理下沙基生态草毯成毯特征,并综合评价成毯质量.[结果]早熟禾沙基生态草毯成毯质量指标在处理间均表现出一定差异性.Z9/45(基质厚度9 cm、播种量45 g/m2)处理草毯的植株密度、地上生物量、根系生物量最大,Z3/15处理草毯叶绿素含量最高,Z7/45处理草毯根系抗拉强度、根系活力最大,Z5/45处理草毯根长密度最大,而Z9/15处理草毯叶宽最小、质地最佳.Z9/45处理草毯成毯性状综合评分在信息量权重综合分析和隶属函数法分析中均最高.[结论]基质厚度9 cm、播种量45 g/m2处理草毯不仅植株密度、地上生物量、根系生物量表现出色,而且综合性能优良,是早熟禾沙基生态草毯制备的最优组合.
Influence of sowing amount and substrate thickness on the quality of sandy ecological grass blankets
[Objective]Under the condition of ensuring the quality of the grass blanket,the study aims to select the appropriate combination of substrate thickness and seeding rate,and achieve the coordination and unity of ecological and economic effects in grass blanket production.[Methods]Using Poa pratensis as the grass species,12 indoor potted treatments were established,combining 3 sowing rates(15,30,and 45 g/m2)with 4 substrate thicknesses(3,5,7,and 9 cm).This was done to examine the characteristics of sandy ecological grass blankets under varying conditions of sowing rates and substrate thicknesses,and to holistically assess the quality of the blanket formation.[Results]The results revealed significant variations in the quality indicators of the P.pratensis grass-based ecological blankets across different treatments.Z9/45 treatment(substrate thickness of 9 cm and sowing rate of 45 g/m2)yielded the highest plant density,aboveground biomass,and root biomass.Z3/15 treatment had the highest chlorophyll content,while Z7/45 treatment had the highest root tensile strength and vitality.Z5/45 treatment had the highest root length density,while Z9/15 treatment had the smallest leaf width and the best texture.Z9/45 treatment received the highest comprehensive score for blanket formation traits,as assessed by both variation analysis and mem-bership function methods.[Conclusion]Z9/45 treatment of the grass blanket not only demonstrated excel-lent plant density,aboveground biomass,and root biomass but also exhibited superior overall perform-ance.The optimal combination for preparing the P.pratensis grass blanket with sand-based ecology was a substrate thickness of 9 cm and a sowing rate of 45 g/m2.
