摘要
近年来,浙江省农创客队伍不断壮大,成为"数商兴农"、推动农业现代化及城乡融合发展的排头兵和生力军.从内部需求和外部环境两个维度,分析农创客开展数字创新的深层动因.结合农创客的实践创新研究,阐释农创客数字创新赋能乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴的机制路径.在梳理制约农创客进一步发展因素的基础上,提出强化农创客数字创新"共振效应""乘数效应"和"示范效应"的优化策略.
Abstract
In recent years,the number of agricultural entrepreneurs in Zhejiang Province has grown significantly,emerging as the pioneers of digital commerce for rural revitalization,agricultural modernization and urban-rural integration.From the two dimensions of internal needs and external environment,This paper analyzes the underlying motivations for agricultural entrepreneurs to pursue digital innovation.Combining empirical research on agricultural entrepreneurs'innovations,this pa-per explains the mechanism and pathway of how their digital innovation empowers rural revitalization in industry,talent,culture,ecology,and organizational development.Based on analyzing the con-straints hindering the further development of agricultural entrepreneurs,this paper proposes the opti-mization strategies of strengthening the"resonance effect","multiplier effect"and"demonstration ef-fect"of agricultural entrepreneurs'digital innovation.
