Digital rural construction not only plays a key role in rural revitalization but also consti-tutes an important part of building a digital China.Digital rural areas have important strategic signifi-cance in promoting the urban-rural integration,the rural modern transformation,the smart rural gover-nance,and the solution to the problems of rural revitalization.Digital rural construction has achieved great results,represented mainly by the digitization of industries,people's livelihoods,and governance.Digital rural construction faces the following main challenges:mismatch between technological and rural aspects,lack of rural digital talents,and shortage of rural construction funds.To strengthen and improve the con-struction of digital rural areas in China,we should further strengthen the construction of rural digital infra-structure,strengthen the construction of talent teams,and establish digital funds to promote the dynamics of rural revitalization.
