The Internal Mechanism,Realistic Dilemma of and Solution to the Digital Transformation of Rural Industry in Liangshan Prefecture
Nowadays digital economy has become an important driving force for promoting Chinese-style modernization.As an important part of the new quality productivity,digital economy can accelerate ru-ral productivity reform and promote rural industry to achieve multiple goals such as chain extension,chain supplementing and chain strengthening,so as to meet the needs of rural business entities to maximize the interests.Liangshan Prefecture focuses on the production end,sales end and management end of rural in-dustry,and comprehensively promotes the digital transformation of rural industry,but it faces problems such as weak infrastructure,lack of funds,shortage of talents,imperfect supervision system,and scattered resource elements.In view of the above development difficulties,optimization measures are proposed from five aspects:enforcing the construction of rural digital infrastructure,increasing financial investment,im-proving the talent cultivation mechanism,improving the supervision and management system of e-commerce,and innovating the methods for accumulation of resource elements,aiming for a positive explora-tion into the digital transformation and revitalization of rural industries in Liangshan Prefecture.
