红色资源助力西昌文旅产业高质量发展
High Quality Development of Culture and Tourism Industry with the Help of Red Resources in Xichang

摘要
合理保护、适度开发和创造性转化红色资源,有助于汲取奋进力量,推动红色文旅产业高质量发展.西昌市的红色资源具有类型多样、特色鲜明、内涵丰富、潜力巨大等特点.近年来,西昌市对红色资源的保护利用水平全面提高,对礼州镇长征历史遗迹的抢救性保护和创造性转化成效最为显著.然而,在利用红色资源助力文旅产业高质量发展方面,还存在问题:一是相关研究深度不够,关键史实考证不足;二是资源分散,整合不足,统筹规划水平不高;三是文旅融合创新不足,品牌影响有限;四是配套设施不够完善,辐射带动作用不足.应采取针对性策略:挖掘深度,开展科研攻关以厘清史实;拓展广度,增强区域合作以整合资源;加大力度,延伸产业链条以创新模式;提升热度,改善基础设施以打造品牌.
Abstract
The red resources in Xichang are various and distinctive with rich connotation and great potential.Irecent years,the level of protection and utilization of red resources in Xichang has been im-proved comprehensively,and the rescue protection and creative transformation of the Long March histori-cal relics in Lizhou Town have achieved the most remarkable results.However,in the use of red resources to help the high-quality development of cultural tourism industry,there are still problems:first,insuffi-cient research in this area results in the lack of historical proofs;second,ineffective integration of the scattered resources reveals a weak overall planning;third,the lack of innovation leads to limited brand influence;fourth,the supporting facilities are not strong enough to stimulate the development of red tour-ism.We should adopt targeted strategies such as carrying out scientific research to clarify the historical facts,enhancing regional cooperation to integrate resources;extending the industrial chain to innovate new models,and improving the infrastructure to strengthen the brand influence.
