发展农业新质生产力的现实困境与实践路径

摘要
发展农业新质生产力是国家粮食安全的重要保障、乡村产业振兴的根本动力、富民强农的现实基础.但当前发展农业新质生产力面临着农村劳动者科学素养偏低、劳动资料技术含量不高、劳动对象开发不足、生产关系束缚等现实困境.通过发展农村教育,提高劳动者科学素养;推动科技创新,提高劳动资料技术含量;树立大农业、大食物观,拓展劳动对象;变革生产关系,解放和发展生产力等发展农业新质生产力.
Abstract
The development of new quality agricultural productivity is an important guarantee for national food security,the fundamental driving force for the revitalization of rural industries,and the practical foundation for enriching farmers and developing agriculture.However,at present,the develop-ment of new quality agricultural productivity is faced with practical difficulties such as the low scien-tific literacy of farmers,backward agricultural technologies,insufficient development of manpower,and constrained production relations.We should improve the scientific literacy of farmers by develop-ing rural education;improve agricultural technologies by promoting scientific and technological innova-tion;increase manpower by promoting notions of big agriculture and big food industry;and liberate and develop new quality agricultural productivity by reforming productive relations.
