乡村振兴背景下欠发达地区农村电商企业经营影响因素研究——以四川省凉山州为例

当前,乡村振兴战略正在深入实施,民族地区农村产业发展与电子商务产业联动性不断增强,农村电子商务在推动城乡一体化和促进农业、旅游与电商产业深度融合等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,但仍面临着专业人才紧缺、物流运输成本高、企业管理观念落后等问题.以欠发达地区——四川省凉山州为例,对凉山州17个县(市)农村电商从业的市场主体发放122份问卷,结合线性回归分析进行实证检验.结果表明:企业、物流、基础设施、政府政策等因素对农村电子商务企业均有显著影响.针对研究结果探讨出一些优化建议,并为欠发达地区的农村电子商务企业与乡村旅游等相关产业的融合发展、乡村振兴深入实施提供一定的参考意见.
Study on Factors Affecting Rural E-Commerce Operation in Under-developed Areas Against the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province
Currently the rural revitalization strategy is being implemented in depth,and the connection between rural in-dustrial development and e-commerce industry in ethnic minority areas is increasing.Rural e-commerce is playing an in-creasingly important role in promoting urban-rural integration and promoting the in-depth collaboration of agriculture,tourism and e-commerce industries.However,rural e-commerce is still facing problems such as the shortage of profes-sional talents,high logistics and transportation costs and backward business management concepts.This paper conducts a case study on Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province,an underdeveloped area through 122 questionnaires to busi-ness people engaged in rural e-commerce in 17 counties(cities and districts)in Liangshan Prefecture,and conducts an empirical test with linear regression analysis.Through the study,it is found that factors such as businesses,logistics,in-frastructure and government policies have significant effects on rural e-commerce businesses.According to these find-ings,some optimization proposals are proposed and reference opinions are offered for the integrated development of rural e-commerce businesses and rural tourism industries and for the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategy in less developed areas.
