工程教育专业认证背景下软件人才培养模式探索——以安徽工程大学为例

为更好契合工程教育专业认证要求,积极顺应安徽省"坚持把汽车产业作为首位产业"的发展方向,在分析软件行业发展趋势和学生工程实践能力要求的基础上,从融合"四个课堂"、自建个性化课程资源、拥抱开源文化、优化评价方式方面阐述了安徽工程大学软件工程专业人才培养模式的探索过程.近3年,该专业学生在省级以上学科竞赛获奖、参与教师横向项目、研究生初试专业课过线等方面的人次和比例呈逐年增长趋势.该人才培养模式显著提升了学生的工程能力和创新意识,可为相关专业的专业建设及人才培养提供参考.
Exploration of Software Talent Education Mode Against the Back-ground of Engineering Education Accreditation:Taking Anhui Polytechnic University as an Example
To better meet the requirements of engineering education professional certification,and actively follow the de-velopment direction of"sticking to auto industry as the primary industry"in Anhui province,this paper elaborates on the exploration process of software talent education mode for software engineering majors in Anhui Polytechnic University from the aspects of integration of"four sorts of classroom"instruction,self-development of individualized course re-sources,adoption of open source culture,and optimization of evaluation methods based on our analyses of the develop-ment trends of software industry and the requirements for students'engineering competence.In the past three years,the number and proportion of students in this program who have won prizes in provincial or above-level academic competi-tions,who have been involved in teachers'enterprise projects,and who have met major course test requirements for post-graduate entrance exams are increasing year by year.This mode has significantly improved students'engineering abilities and raised their innovation awareness,thus providing references for the development of relevant programs and talent edu-cation.
